  • Started-up, led and directed the biggest of Ixonos’ service centres in China. Responsible for establishing company culture, processes and tools througout the country.
  • Produced and carried out site-specific training, general human resource issues effectivelly reducing turnover in needed layoffs during economic downturn.
  • Led the global product development process implementation as well as the implementation of a global project follow up and delivery system.
  • Responsible for account and service management, sales efforts, internal resourcing as well as tender composition and negotiation, placing Ixonos in a unique spot with its key customers.
